Our business life began under the leadership of our father Mehmet İşler in 1976. Since then, we have maintained our leading position in our industry in our region. We have made it our mission to continuously take a step forward, offer better quality service to the locals in our region and provide them employment.

With this mission, we also added agriculture, animal husbandry and international transport to the operations of our family company. We later made a modern touch to the understanding of building in our region with our gravel and sand production plants and technological machinery and works in the construction industry.

We introduced the construction industry of our region with ease and economy with the pumice mine opened for use by our company for the first time in 1978, as well as creating employment for the East, Southeast and Central Anatolian regions.

We continued our initiatives by keeping up with the technological advancements and expanding our areas of employment. In 1986, we undertook the Ford Otosan dealership, continuing to expand our areas of business by establishing an international fleet of fuel and cargo carriage.

While our commercial activity continued in four areas of business, we took that great step extending from 1988 to date. We began to export pumice, derived from the pumice mining sites and the international pumice enrichment facilities we operate, to the Middle East and Europe.

After 1997, our family company continued further expanding its businesses by using state of the art technological machinery and equipment in different sectors.

In the 2000s, we continued our commercial business by adding to our family company; road construction, building contracts and ready-mixed concrete plants, asphalt breaker plants.

We carried our business one step further with our modern pumice plants established in 2011.

After 2011, we began to move forward independently from the family company, yet with stronger steps, and operate pumice mining and run-of-mine sales quarry. We continue to provide services with our pumice plants and pumice enrichment plant established as two separate facilities in a 110,000 square-meter area in total including a total of 8,200 square-meter enclosed area including respectively 5,400 and 2800 square-meters, and a 50,000 – 60,000 square-meter outdoor area.

We continue to work in our three production facilities built on a 160,000 square-meter area in total to enrich our production sites.

Our future goal as part of our business is to produce decorative interlocking paving stones, construction chemicals, Kalekim derivative cement finish, plaster varieties and micronized use areas, agricultural peat and pumice production, and mineral paint categories, building construction materials including decorative ahlat stones and basalt stones, as well as solar power panels on an area of over 195,000 square meters. In the future, we plan to carry out our business on a 350,000 square-meter area in total. Our goal is to always produce and carry the flag one step further to benefit the country’s economy, society and environment.
